Model has been brought up to date to run with current NetCon implementation of
neural connectivity as well as mod files that work with CVODE.  During
reimplementation, cell activity was matched to original simulation based on
current clamp responses and connectivity was left unchanged.  Nonetheless activity
does not match that obtained in the original simulation.
