Hippocampus CA1 axo-axonic cell
The axo-axonic cell (chandelier cell) has its cell body in the stratum pyramidale, dendrites spanning from the oriens to the lacunosum moleculare, and the axon in the oriens. The axonal arbors it makes along multiple pyramidal cell axon initial segments suggested the "chandelier" name.
