• A-channel regulates timing of dendrodendritic inhibition between mitral and granule cells: The transient IA attenuates dendrodendritic input mediated by fast-acting AMPA receptors, such that the excitation and subsequent inhibitory output of granule cells follows the prolonged kinetics of their NMDA receptors.
